On May16th and 17th 2009, the Go-Karting track of the Circuit Paul Ricard HTTT hosted the Karting Test Track 24 hours under a sunny sky.
70 French drivers from all the country, categorized in 13 teams of 4 - 8 drivers, challenged at first during the qualification session on Saturday from 10:20 am till 11:00 am. Several teams distinguished themselves during this session: the ACPH team picked up the pole position with a best lap time of 0: 56.665; ASPTT Marseille is second with 0; 56.769 and the 500 Miles team completes the top 3 with 0: 56.801.
After a hard race but in conviviality, the ASPTT Marseille team won the race which set a record of the number of laps in this race: 1 478 laps.
The best laptime was realized in the last minutes of the race by Sauver D'Aiello of the ACPH team : 0 55.802.
The next race of the Go-Karting track 24 hours is planned on May 8th and 9th, 2010 (to be confirmed).
