For the first time since its reopening to the public, the Paul Ricard circuit welcomed sucessfully this week-end an international FIA competition.
Over 12 constructors were present on the French track for the 7th round of the FIA GT Championship. 8 races enjoyed the 6000 spectators present to discover this mythical place.
'It was a great meeting' announced Gerard Neveu, Circuit Director, at the end of the week-end. 'We enjoyed so much to host this round, just like the spectators, guests, drivers and organisators or partners enjoyed to live it. I would like to thank Stéphane Ratel and SRO in particular for their truth in the organisation of this event. We hope to deserve to live this experience in the futur... The circuit showed how it can make people happy again and it is an important satisfaction.'
