The reception of an international event represents a particular organization to satisfy the needs of all participants as well as spectators and guests. Some figures...
- 1200 persons from teams during 5 days (4800 overnight stays in the local hotels);
- 2400 hot meals at the circuit's restaurant, the Panoramic Club;
- about a hundred of sandwiches and pizzas sold in snack bars;
- about 6000 spectators in the public areas;
- 120 local, national and international journalists, photographers and TV crews;
- dozens of service providers such as cleaners, security guards, hostesses, drivers, access controlers... ;
- and 3 races broadcasted on European television, so over 4 hours of live broadcasting.
The circuit manager would like to thank you all of people who took part efficiently to this great racing event on the circuit Paul Ricard.
