The Spartan Race Circuit Paul Ricard-Trifecta weekend will be the only meeting of its kind this year to have a night-race. More than 6,000 entrants and spectators are expected.
The Sprint, By Night France format race will be the meetings first start at 7:45pm. This will be the final race of the France National Series and Open Series circuit.
The Spartan Race-Trifecta week-end is both an open all-categories competition - open to all entrants from children to professionals - which is the world's leading '100% challenge/100% personal feat' obstacle race !
It is the most popular and thriving race meetings for its spectators who come to encourage the over 6,000 entrants. The trail-type courses are generously spotted with both natural and artificial obstacles over which entrants - racing either individually or as teams - must run, jump, climb, crawl and push their physical and moral resources to the limits.
Free entertainments for visitors from 9am to 4pm
Visitors will have access to a whole range of shows and entertainments including obstacle race trials, rope-climbing and crossfit. There will also be Junior category races open to children aged 7 or over.
Spartan Beast: 21 km, 35 obstacles and more, start at 8am, then every 15 minutes up to 11am.
Spartan Kids: start at 11am, then every 15 minutes up to 3:30pm. Entrants must be between 6 years and 14 years.
Spartan Super: 13 km, 29 obstacles and more, start at midday, then every 15 minutes up to 3pm.
Spartan Sprint By Night: 6 km, 23 obstacles and more, start at 7:45pm, then every 15 minutes up to 9:45pm. Minimum age for entrants: 16 years •
