FRENCH SUPERMOTO CHAMPIONSHIP - AUGUST 31 & SEPTEMBER 1, 2019

Launched by the FFM and organised by the Circuit Paul Ricard motorcycle club on the Driving Center track, the French Supermoto Championship will make its way to the Circuit Paul Ricard at the end of the summer holidays on Saturday 31 August and Sunday 1 September.

The French Motorcycle Federation will award five national titles following the 2019 French Supermoto Championship: this will be fought out in the Prestige S1, S2, S3, S3 Feminine
and S4 categories.
A Trophy Winner title will also be awarded at the end of the season in the Challenger category.
French and foreign drivers who hold a licence issued by the FFM for the 2019 season will be admitted to compete in the Championship’s events for the French Cup or Trophy.
In addition to Thomas Chareyre, many other drivers will be lining up for the start of the 2019 Supermoto at the Circuit Paul Ricard.

All the categories in the competition
PRESTIGE S1
The 2019 French Supermoto Championship events are open to all types of solo single cylinder or twin cylinder motorcycles from 300 to 750 cm3, which comply with the safety standards imposed by the FFM’s technical regulations.
Licences authorised: Inter and NCO. The drivers signed up in the Prestige S1 category will not be able to sign up to any other category during the year.

CATEGORY S2: the events are open to all types of solo fourcylinder 250 cm3 motorcycles, from 15 years.
Licences authorised: Inter and NCO. After the season, the best S2 drivers will have the chance, if they wish, of integrating the Supermoto “liste de notoriété”.

CATEGORY S3: the events are open to all types of solo twin cylinder 125 cm3 motorcycles, from 13 years.
Licences authorised: NJ, NCO and Inter.
For women drivers, the events are open to all solo twin cylinder solo 125 cm3 motorcycles, and four cylinder 250 from 15 years.
Licences authorised: NJ, NCO and Inter.

CATEGORY S4: the events are open to all types of solo twincylinder 65 cm3 motorcycles, twin-cylinder 85 cm3, and fourcylinder 150 cm3. In 65 cm3, drivers must be between 8 and 12 years.

CHALLENGER CATEGORY: the events are open to all types of solo 250 cm3 to 750 cm3 single or twin-cylinder motorcycles.
Licences authorised: NCO.

In all the categories, the number of competitors admitted corresponds to the maximum race capacity of each circuit (minimum 32 drivers and maximum 36).

Activities for the public: exhibition village in the Paddock

Public access: €10 for the weekend, free for under 16s
