The FFSA French Truck Championship 2025 got off to a flying start this weekend at the Circuit Paul Ricard, with the Grand-Prix Camions du Castellet.

In front of a record crowd of 48,000 spectators, the 29 competing drivers put on a show of rare intensity. On the track, it was reigning French champion Téo Calvet (#20 -Freightliner) who once again distinguished himself. The man from Toulouse got his campaign off to a perfect start with victory in the meeting's overall standings, demonstrating impressive mastery in the face of stiff competition. He finished ahead of Raphaël Sousa (#21 - Freightliner) and Thomas Robineau (#2 - MAN). The first leg of the event saw the debut of the first electric Pace Truck: a RENAULT TRUCKS T E-TECH.

In addition to the sporting results, the event once again confirmed its popular and spectacular dimension. Between the thrilling races, the various events for all, the exhibition and parades of 250 decorated trucks, and the meetings with the drivers in the paddock (open to the public), the Grand-Prix Camions du Castellet lived up to all its promises, bringing together a loyal and passionate family audience.

The Grand-Prix Camions du Castellet has established itself as a benchmark professional event in the road transport sector. This year's event saw the participation of major manufacturers such as Mercedes Trucks, Renault Trucks and Scania, as well as newcomer WINDROSE, the new player in electric trucks.
