The Sunday Ride Classic and the Circuit Paul Ricard, it’s a story that has lasted for 14 years, and even longer, when the concentrations of old bikes took place at the entrance of the circuit. Created and organized by Jean-Pierre Bonato, the « SRC » has become a must-see event on the circuit, attracting a lot of spectators.


More than 1000 motorcycles expected

The 14th edition of this motorcycle festival will be held from 5 to 7 May 2023. An ever-busy and exciting programme is expected: races to (re)live the golden age of the Grand Prix, a motorbike show with new models on trial like the entire KTM range or the latest Hondas, anniversaries of mythical models, exhibitions of vintage motorcycles, as well as unforgettable signings thanks to the presence of star riders.


Spectators will be able to live this weekend 100% motorbike to the full, thanks to free access to paddocks and boxes, and thus fully enjoy the more than 1000 bikes on track.


A continuous show on the track

For the races, we will find various categories, to the delight of enthusiasts: between the Superbike Pro Twin and Pro Classic pre 2000, the Ducati Trophy pre 89, the Klass GP, the Side-Cars Classic, and for the first time the Royal Enfield Cup, there will be something for everyone.


The highlight of the weekend, an institution of the Sunday Ride Classic: the European 4-hour night endurance race on Saturday night. This year will mark a great evolution by welcoming modern legends like the Ducati 916 or the first Yamaha R1.


Birthdays and events

This 2023 edition will be the occasion to celebrate the anniversaries of the 900 Kawasaki Z1 and the Yamaha TZ Grand Prix dynasty. During the weekend there will also be the launch of Accademia FIM with Spirit of Speed, whose mission will be the certification of the historic bikes on display, with a bonus of warm-up on the back of the boxes!

For the first time, the Sunday Ride Classic organises a concert in the village on Saturday evening, just before the start of the 4-hour night endurance race. The opportunity to make this 2023 edition a real party!

Finally, as every year, stars of the bike will be here like Steve BAKER, first American 750 World Champion driver, and others like Freddie SPENCER, Christian SARRON, Carlos LAVADO, A MEO Dakar driver, Alain MICHEL, Alain GENOUD, G BERTIN, Laurent PIDOUX, JF BALDÉ, P FERNANDEZ, etc.
