The Circuit Paul Ricard Karting track hosted the 11th edition of the Jules Bianchi Karting Marathon, an event that has become a key annual tribute to the late French racing driver. Each year, this unique endurance race honours Jules Bianchi through an extraordinary sporting challenge: 42 hours, 19 minutes and 50 seconds of non-stop racing, a symbolic reference to the legendary marathon distance.
For this latest edition, 35 teams took to the track to take on this exceptional challenge. Several well-known personalities were also present to support the event, including racing drivers Doriane Pin, Norman Nato and Tom Bianchi, as well as comedian Arnaud Tsamère.
Beyond the sporting competition, the Jules Bianchi Karting Marathon is above all a charitable event. Funds raised during this 11th edition were donated to L'Archet Hospital in Nice, helping to support initiatives benefiting patients and their families.
Among the competing teams was the Team Circuit Paul Ricard, made up exclusively of employees from Circuit Paul Ricard, Le Castellet International Airport, and the Panoramic Restaurant. Bringing together around twenty staff members, the team included not only drivers but also individuals in key support roles such as Team Manager, Happiness Manager and Cheerleader.
After more than 42 hours of relay racing, Team Circuit Paul Ricard secured an impressive 13th place out of 35 teams.
Far more than a competition, the event proved to be a genuine team-building experience, strengthening bonds between colleagues from the different organisations and creating lasting memories through a shared spirit of commitment, solidarity and camaraderie.
