From 22 to 26 June, Circuit Paul Ricard welcomed a cohort of students as part of its "Training Camp" program. An initiative led by the Circuit's Human Resources department, reaffirming its commitment to playing a lasting role in the local educational and professional landscape.

Nearly 300 young people responded to the call for applications at the start of the year. Of these, 60 candidates were invited to a "job dating" session — for many of these students, their first experience of this kind of exercise. Following the selection process, 29 interns joined the programme. Figures that reflect both the selective nature of the Training Camp and the circuit's appeal.

The Training Camp programme included meetings with various teams (events, communications, technical, security), workshops led by a careers adviser and a representative from France Travail, and hands-on immersion in a professional environment. Each day was designed to give participants a concrete and well-rounded insight into the world of work, extending well beyond the world of motorsport.

By opening its doors to young people from the region, Circuit Paul Ricard reaffirms its role as a committed local player.
