From 22 to 26 June, Circuit Paul Ricard welcomed a group of Year 11 students as part of its “Training Camp” programme. Led by the Circuit’s Human Resources department, this initiative reflects its commitment to becoming a long-term player in the local educational and professional landscape.

Nearly 300 young people responded to the call for applications. Of these, 60 candidates were invited to a job dating session, which, for many of the students, was their first experience of this type of exercise. Following the selection process, 29 trainees joined the programme. These figures reflect both the demanding nature of the Training Camp and, above all, the appeal of the Circuit.

The 2026 edition of the Training Camp included meetings with the teams — events, communications, technical and security - workshops led by a careers adviser and a representative from France Travail, as well as immersion in a professional environment. Each day was designed to give the trainees a concrete and nuanced insight into the world of work, extending far beyond the realm of motorsport.

Julian, Gémenos: “The job dating session was interesting because it put us in real-life conditions for our future interviews.”

Saori, La Seyne: “It is an opportunity we won’t have twice in a lifetime, and this internship will add a lot to my CV.”

Clément: “In three words, my internship was incredible because it was a unique experience; enriching because I learnt a lot about the professions linked to the Circuit; and interesting because I was able to discover potential future careers I might like to pursue. I expected this internship to help me discover professions linked to mechanics and aeronautics, and thanks to it, I have found my path.”

By opening its doors to young people from the region, Circuit Paul Ricard reaffirms its role as a committed local stakeholder.
