Winfield Racing School

Founded in 1964, the Winfield Racing School was behind the champions Alain Prost, Patrick Tambay, Jacques Laffite, Jean Alesi and Olivier Panis. Relaunched in 2016, the car driving school is based at the Circuit Paul Ricard and offers ideal facilities, totally focused on the participants’ experience, with an exclusive conditions and direct access to the track for all driving activities hosted at a prestigious and historic site.


DETECTION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG DRIVERS

With its new detection programme, the Winfield Racing School makes a return to the brand’s pioneering and founding concept in order to find the next great talent in the world of motorsport.

Supervised by more than 40 professionals, the programme helps budding youngsters, from 14 to 17 years, to discover all the important aspects that a driver has to learn in order to forge a career in motorsport.

The winner of the selections will be financed for an entire season in the French F4 Championship and at its training structure, the FFSA Academy.

Thanks to its experience and effective training methods, the Winfield Racing School makes the dream of driving a Formula 1 possible with the latest F1 cars with a Renault V8 engine that has already been World Champion several times since 2006. The programme is unique and offers complete immersion into the day of a racing driver.
